Headed out to check out the Heidts Performance Car Challenge at the Autobahn in Joliet as part of an Illinois Camaro Club event today. Was VERY cool and we had a great time getting to see all the cool cars and watch them on the track. Enjoyed the touring laps at lunchtime very much with the other club members who attended. Perhaps Andy and I were thinking this would be a fun sport to partake in....until we had the displeasure of watching a very nice 5th gen get taken off the track on a flatbed with extensive damage. Yes, maybe not for us after all LOL.
